Of course this is not the case as they teach very differently than did the apostles. Even most so called Protestant churches embrace the "Nicean Creed" making them essentially Catholic.  Ever wonder why your mind's eye vision of the Godhead visulises three separate dieties rather than having the understanding that the most important commandment is that there is ONE? God through the prophets said, is there another savior? ,there is none but me.Ever wonder why the name of the father and holy ghost is never pronounced during Catholic instituted rituals? Philip wanted to see the father and know more about him. Jesus said ."I have been with you all this time and yet you still do not know me. How is he the Root and Offspring of David and how is it that ,"before Abraham was,"I Am" ? Are you a Catholic and do not even know it? They do not proselise much because they view any protestant that agrees with the Nicean Creed to be sisters to the Great Whore and basically to be Catholics anyway.  With this latest abomination most of the world is going to view all Christians as being evil and of the same character and fiber as the typical ignorant lie- believing Catholics. This is just another step in bringing about the hatred of all Christians and the ushering in of the Anti Christ as the world will be looking for something ;anything other than the evil that has been in power for so long. In the first century a group left the first church and one of the apostles wrote about these heritics saying,"they went out from us but were not of us else they would have remained with us. I believe this was the beginning of the Catholic church and the teaching of three dieties rather than the One true god. Up untill about that time the apostles Only baptised in "Jesus Name"as they knew and understood  what the singular name of the father,son,and holy ghost was/is.There is not three persons nor three saving names,yet most of you have never even thought along these lines because you have been indoctrinated from youth to believe in three rather than One. The devil is not going to show himself as an ugly thing with horns and a pointed tail rather as a clever counterfeit of Christianity so as to decieve those that might otherwise be born again as was taught by Peter on the day of Pentecost by obeying, "Acts 2:38. The question was the same the answer should be the same. The apostles taught this doctrint to Jews,Gentiles, and those in Sumaria.
